INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Wet sponge, under water for a few minutes and let it get soft
Add 2 pumps of your cskin cleanser of choice
Massage skin in circular motion and dont press too hard 
once completed add your moisturiser of choice (We Reccomend Moringa Oil)
